Summerfield Farms

Six hundred acres of rolling countryside twenty minutes from Greensboro — a private lake, a rooftop, and a barn built to hold 300. One of the biggest rooms we regularly work in the Triad.

Summerfield Farms has multiple distinct spaces on one property — a waterfront ceremony site by the private lake, a rooftop setting, and both indoor and outdoor reception options. The main Barn seats up to 300, while the open-air Pole Barn handles smaller gatherings of around 175. On-site farmhouses and cottages sleep up to 26, useful for rehearsal dinners or a wedding-weekend stay.

With this many distinct spaces on one property, the plan changes depending on which combination you've booked — lakeside ceremony into Barn reception plays very differently than a rooftop cocktail hour. We scout the specific layout ahead of time so the changeover between spaces stays clean.
