A restored 1894 farmhouse with a covered reception pavilion strung in Edison lights — rustic, unpretentious, and one of the friendlier load-ins we work in the Triad.
Check AvailabilityThe restored 1894 farmhouse anchors a four-acre property with a wraparound porch and a stable-style barn, alongside wooded ceremony areas. The covered reception pavilion — nicknamed the "Treehouse" — comes with Edison string lighting, a built-in dance floor and DJ booth, and a bar area already in place. The venue accommodates up to about 175 seated guests.
The pavilion's built-in DJ booth and dance floor give us a known, repeatable setup every time — one of the more efficient load-ins we do, which usually means more of the evening spent actually running the show instead of setting up.
