A converted factory floor in downtown Greensboro — steel, concrete, and big windows, with a built-in A/V system that makes load-in about as easy as it gets.

Elm & Bain occupies a revitalized section of the former Blue Bell Co. textile plant in downtown Greensboro, blending steel and concrete with big windows and natural light. The venue comes with a state-of-the-art A/V system, a catering kitchen, tables and chairs, and ample on-site parking — seating up to around 220 guests.
Concrete and steel surfaces reflect sound differently than a softer, carpeted room, so we tune specifically for the space rather than running a generic setup. The venue's built-in A/V infrastructure also means less time spent on rigging and more time confirming the mix is right before doors open.
