Cadillac Service Garage

A restored 1921 Cadillac dealership in the heart of downtown Greensboro, listed on the National Historic Register — exposed brick, a 30-foot skylit ceiling, and the original black-and-white marble showroom floor still underfoot.

The building was originally a Carolina Cadillac Co. dealership and garage, and the renovation kept its character rather than covering it up — original brick, the marble showroom floor, and skylights overhead, alongside a private terrace courtyard and multiple indoor and outdoor ceremony spots. It seats up to around 225 guests, and the venue only books one wedding a day, so there's no rushing between back-to-back events.

A built-in stage and permanent festoon string lighting are already part of the room, which makes it one of the more turnkey spaces we work in the Triad.

Thirty-foot ceilings and hard surfaces — brick, marble, glass — make a room like this sound very different from a tented backyard, and we tune for it. The built-in stage gives us a clean, consistent spot for the setup all night, from cocktail hour background music through the last song on the built-in dance floor.
