Five hundred acres of rolling pastureland between Greensboro and the rest of the Triad, with a covered bridge, a 30-acre lake, and a modern barn built for exactly this. One of the most-booked venues we work, and a room we know down to the outlet placement.
Check AvailabilityCeremonies usually happen under the pergola beside the lake, with the covered bridge nearby for first-look photos. The reception side is a bright, modern barn with a mezzanine level, a dedicated stage, and room for both large and small guest counts — up to around 350 seated. A private on-site cottage is available afterward for the couple.
Because the ceremony and reception spaces sit apart from each other on the property, there's a real changeover between the two — one of the details we plan around before the day even starts.
An open-air ceremony by the lake needs a different rig than an enclosed barn reception, so we run two separate setups rather than dragging one system between locations mid-event. The barn's dedicated stage gives us a fixed, reliable spot for the reception system all night.
